Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals
Serve as the escalation point for Level 1 Service Desk incidents and requests
Troubleshoot and repair network connectivity and cabling issues
Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and Intune/SCCM environments
Support Citrix, printing, scanning configurations and troubleshoot hardware performance or functionality issues
Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve complex issues
Maintain accurate documentation of troubleshooting steps, system configurations, and resolutions
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support (approximately one week every 3–4 months
Travel regularly to care centers across New Jersey / Pennsylvania to provide on-site support
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Required

Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Calm, flexible, and effective under pressure
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset
Attention to detail with thorough documentation practices
Associate's Degree in Information Technology or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on technical support experience required
Experience supporting eClinicalWorks or other ambulatory EHR systems (Epic, Athenahealth, etc.)
Prior healthcare IT experience
Familiarity with ITIL principles and service management practices

Preferred

Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or ITIL Foundations preferred
