Responsibilities

Co-design inclusive, student-centred content with support services and student representatives
Ensure all content meets WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and uses inclusive language
Curate and embed study skills, academic and personal development resources
Collaboration and consultation with students and incorporating feedback into content structure and tone
Work with technical teams to integrate learning resources into the platform
Support multilingual, culturally responsive content and continuously refine materials based on user feedback
