Responsibilities

Track and organize traffic studies, TEOs, and PSAs
Process consultant invoices, request fund transfers, and track expenditures
Schedule meetings with multiple stakeholders for field reviews
Perform records management duties for Traffic & Safety
Obtain annual state certification
Coordinate with State Archives and agency records officers
Serve as the point-of-contact for public records requests
Take notes during Road Safety Audits, as needed

Qualification

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)Civil Engineering degreeFundamentals of Engineering Exam (FE)Traffic engineering experienceProgram management experienceOrganizational skills

Required

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Utah
Bachelor's degree, or higher, in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline (for Engineer II level)
Proof of passing the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam (FE) (for Engineer II level)
At least two years of post-graduate engineering experience (for Engineer II level; a Master's degree may be substituted for one year of experience)

Preferred

Traffic engineering study experience
Program management experience
