Strategic Program Communications Lead
Rockwell Automation is a global technology leader focused on helping the world’s manufacturers be more productive, sustainable, and agile. They are seeking a Strategic Program Communications Lead to drive the communication strategy for the Demand to Renew digital transformation initiative, developing and executing comprehensive communication plans that align with program goals and foster collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Create and implement the program-level communication strategy and approach for the D2R digital transformation that is guided by foundational pillars, expected outcomes, and an understanding of the impacted audiences
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with Value Stream Leads, Change Leaders, program leadership, and key business stakeholders to ensure alignment of communication plans across the organization. Facilitate collaboration and engagement with executive leadership, vice presidents, directors, managers, end users, and the D2R program team
Communication Execution: Develop communication material tailored for audiences at all levels, from executive leadership to end users, and manage communications across various channels to ensure consistent messaging and effective dissemination
Outcomes Achievement: Align stakeholders around a clear and concise vision for the D2R initiative to support program goals. Motivate stakeholders into action and acceptance, driving engagement and adoption. Capture, share and celebrate success stories to foster commitment
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and adapt plans as necessary. Provide regular updates to leadership on communication outcomes and insights
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening
Ability to travel up to 10%
Preferred
Typically requires 5+ years of relevant experience in communications field
Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field
Proven experience in strategic communications within a digital transformation context
Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create content and presentations for diverse audiences
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on communication effectiveness
Experience in a similar role within the automation or technology industry
