Learning and Performance Lead (Instructional Designer)

They are seeking a Learning and Performance Lead to create innovative training solutions and enhance employee performance to support their mission of saving and healing lives through donation.

Responsibilities
Create dynamic, interactive learning experiences utilizing technology such as AR, VR, and AI
Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to deliver training that drives competency and engagement
Assist in overseeing learning plans, track progress, and ensure compliance through our Learning Management System (LMS)
Explore new trends and technologies to keep our learning programs fresh, immersive, and effective
Qualification
Required
A creative instructional designer with strong foundational knowledge of adult learning principles
Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Articulate 360, Microsoft Office suite, LMS platforms, and emerging technologies
Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment
Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, related field or equivalent clinical training or Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) experience
