Specialize in installing, configuring, and optimizing SolarWinds Observability Self-Hosted Platform to monitor and manage IT infrastructure
Automate deployment workflows
Ensure network performance
Configure alerts and troubleshoot systems
Set up network monitoring, wireless monitoring, server and OS monitoring, Firewall monitoring, Observability Enhancements, Reporting, Performance and Scale and Security and Access Control
Qualification
Required
3-5 years' experience with network management
Deep knowledge of SNMP, WMI, NetFlow, Syslog, and networking protocols (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls)
Experience with PowerShell scripting
Experience with System Deployment & Upgrades – Installing, upgrading, and configuring SolarWinds products across enterprise networks
Experience setting up monitoring for network devices, servers, and applications (NPM, SAM, NTA, NCM)
Troubleshooting & Maintenance experience, resolving complex monitoring issues, optimizing database performance, and improving system reliability
Ability to create technical documentation, creating dashboards, and reporting on system health and performance
Preferred
Experience designing, preparing, implementing and validating an on-premises Microsoft SQL Server Always On Availability Group (AAG) to provide high availability for designated SQL Server databases
