New Grad, Entry LevelLimelight Hawaii is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative & Marketing Coordinator to support both daily operations and marketing initiatives. This role involves managing office operations while providing creative marketing support, including executing marketing campaigns and managing social media accounts.

Responsibilities
Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document organization
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials
Maintain records, databases, and filing systems for efficient information retrieval
Coordinate internal and external communications, including emails, calls, and meeting logistics
Support event planning, logistics, and execution for corporate and marketing-related functions
Handle purchasing and inventory management of office and promotional materials
Assist in executing marketing campaigns, including digital and social media efforts
Manage social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and monitoring content
Help develop promotional materials, advertisements, and email marketing campaigns
Conduct market research to support campaign strategies and competitor analysis
Collaborate with vendors, designers, and agencies on branding and collateral production
Monitor and report on key marketing metrics and campaign performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in event coordination and marketing campaigns
Familiarity with CRM software, email marketing tools, and website content management systems
Passion for branding, content creation, and audience engagement
Experience with social media management platforms and basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe, or similar) is a plus
