Responsibilities
Building and maintaining scalable data pipelines, transformations, and analytical workflows using SQL, Python and/or R
Engineering new datasets and data assets when existing systems do not provide required information
Developing data models to support portfolio valuation, forecasting, and strategic analysis
Supporting predictive and prescriptive modeling used to forecast collections over time
Automating end-to-end analytics workflows, including scheduling, orchestration, validation, and reporting
Performing exploratory data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within portfolio data
Translating business questions into reliable, production-ready analytical solutions
Creating reports and analytical outputs used by senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Collaborating closely with analytics, engineering, and business partners to align data logic and definitions
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, data analytics, or similar hands-on analytics roles
Advanced SQL skills with experience building scalable data transformations and models
Proficiency in Python and/or R for analytics, automation, and modeling
Experience designing datasets and understanding how data architecture impacts analytics
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in ambiguous, open-ended problem spaces
Strong communication skills and the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders
Experience with SQL Server jobs, stored procedures, or database automation
Familiarity with Git or version control systems
Background in financial services, portfolio analytics, forecasting, or operations analytics
Exposure to statistical or predictive modeling concepts
