Responsibilities

Develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinate with various functions within TEA and the customer to ensure spares supply and purchase requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner
Use background in semiconductor processing equipment service/maintenance to act as liaison between materials group and field service/technical support teams
Organize and handle a variety of logistics issues in a manufacturing environment
Duties involve but are not limited to supply chain services, inventory control, critical parts availability, and consignment inventory reconciliation
Evaluate customer support and field service commitments to ensure customer requirements are met
Provide data analysis for production planning and volume studies; and participate in process/rating improvement efforts
Assist in developing logistics plans and procedures

Semiconductor processing equipmentLogistics planningData analysisSupply chain servicesCustomer interface skills

Required

Hands-on experience in the service and maintenance of semiconductor processing equipment is required
Excellent customer interface skills are required

Preferred

BS/BA degree preferred
