Qualification
Required
7-10+ years of experience working with Python (Django)
Experience working as an AI Engineering Team Lead / Manager
Experience building data structures and implementing LLM components
Experience with automation / testing / training leveraging LLM-in-the-loop (LLM-ITL) or Human-in-the-loop (HITL)
Hands on ~75% of the time
Management of a team of 3 ~25% of the time
BSCS or equivalent
Must have startup experience
Preferred
Industry experience in B2B SaaS, workplace tools or document management
Experience working in a highly regulated domain involving data privacy and security
