HEAL Per Diem Data Analysis
Drexel University is seeking a per diem data analyst to provide research oversight and analytic support for the Health Equity Advancement Lab (HEAL). The role focuses on conducting data analyses, contributing to scholarly publications, and ensuring data quality for a randomized controlled trial aimed at preventing HIV among women who inject drugs.

Responsibilities
Design and conduct data analyses
Contribute to publishing scholarly papers and conference abstracts as lead or co-author
Develop community-facing research products to share key findings
Work with project manager to ensure data quality for ongoing studies
Help develop reports that describe study progress for stakeholders, funders, and data safety monitoring board
Attend regular meetings with the study team and the principal investigator
Qualification
Required
Minimum of a PhD or Doctorate in Public Health
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience
Commitment to the HEAL lab's core values
Experience conducting quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods data analysis
Proficiency in SAS and/or Stata
Experience analyzing survey data
Demonstrated expertise related to two or more of the following: women's sexual health; substance use; intersectionality; mental health; HIV; measurement and psychometrics; community-based participatory research
Possess excellent oral, written, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Experience applying anti-racist and equity, diversity, and inclusion frameworks to research processes
