Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the management team and broader staff
Handle appointment scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar management
Maintain digital filing systems and manage internal communications
Make outbound phone calls to follow up with leads, confirm appointments, and conduct client check-ins
Confidently speak with clients and leads, providing clear information and assistance
Handle inbound calls and emails in a professional, friendly manner
Assist with the lead-to-sale pipeline, including follow-up, relationship management, and CRM updates
Use strong sales instincts to help convert warm leads into confirmed clients
Coordinate and manage booking systems, ensuring a smooth customer journey from inquiry to service delivery
Represent the company in both in-person and virtual client meetings or presentations
Confidently speak on behalf of the business when presenting services or offerings
Assist leadership in hosting webinars, team meetings, or client onboarding calls when required
Help create and post content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Monitor engagement, respond to basic inquiries, and support social media growth strategies
Assist in promoting new services, events, or offers via social and email

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation (Canva, etc.)
A team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Preferred

Experience in a sales, customer service, or business development role
Familiarity with booking platforms (Calendly, Acuity, etc.)
Experience speaking or presenting in webinars, events, or team meetings
