Responsibilities
Provide customers, sales representatives, and the technical staff with accurate pencil, AutoCAD and Visio drawings and documentation of audio, video, audiovisual, and presentation systems in accordance with established Technical Standards
Research available hardware and software options
Analyze the capabilities of available hardware and software
Assist in the design of an audio-visual system of various hardware and software components which work together as one integrated system to best meet the specific customer needs
Qualification
Required
Formal training in CAD
AutoCAD software proficiency
Computer literacy skills supported by acknowledged certification
Aptitude to read and understand architectural and construction drawings
Ability to draw and modify architectural drawings
Communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work independently and to be self-directed
Preferred
AAS degree in ECAD or IT Technology
Previous experience in the service and installation of audio, video, audiovisual and presentation systems
