Tulane University is seeking a Senior Administrative Program Coordinator for the Office of the Senior Vice President for Advancement. This role provides executive-level administrative support, coordinating high-level events and meetings while collaborating with various departments within the university.

Responsibilities

Provides executive-level administrative support for the Office of the Senior Vice President
Assists with the coordination of high-level executive and Cabinet/Board events, meetings and other special projects
Works closely with other departments within Advancement and other departments throughout the university

Qualification

MS Office proficiencyOrganizational skillsAttention to detailFundraising knowledgeProject managementOral communicationWritten communicationInterpersonal skills

Required

Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills required
Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple demands and multiple projects under tight deadlines
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail and keep projects on task meeting and exceeding timeline expectations
Ability to work occasional nights and weekends
High School Diploma and 2 years related/transferable experience OR Bachelor's Degree
Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered

Preferred

Some college and 2 years direct experience OR Bachelor's Degree and 1+ years transferable experience
Knowledge of university fundraising
