Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort
Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures
Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, Medical Assistant certification, or equivalent clinical certification, coupled with significant relevant work experience
Consistent work history
Valid drivers license, clean driving record and reliable transportation to travel regionally
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) required
Ability to stand for extended periods
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (training provided)
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field
At least one year of healthcare work experience (not mandatory)
Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines (a plus)
