Responsibilities
Creates detailed project plans to achieve client objectives, outlining specific goals, milestones, and deadlines. Evaluates the overall status of assigned projects, identify risks or obstacles, and escalate significant concerns promptly. Develops and implements mitigation strategies to address potential issues and escalate project concerns to the manager as needed
Manages the coordination of software installation between clients and internal installation teams. Facilitates both online and onsite training sessions between Transfinder’s Training team and clients. Provides hands-on software support and data analysis during the implementation period, including troubleshooting when necessary
Manages and maintains thorough, precise documentation of all project activities, including tracking time spent on client and department-related tasks in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Engages with clients to ensure projects remain aligned with the established goals in the project plan, making adjustments as needed. Continuously seeks feedback from clients and advocate for their needs and improvements to internal stakeholders

Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in a related position, such as Software Implementation/Support, Project Management, or Application Analysis
Proven track record of defining, executing, monitoring, and completing projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines while effectively managing multiple client projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks
Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn new software and procedures
Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and evenings, to attend client meetings as needed
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Ability to travel to client sites and conferences as needed
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required
Prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Preferred
Demonstrated experience with web-based applications is preferred
Project management certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent are highly desirable
