Procore Technologies is seeking an Administrative Coordinator II to join their Product & Technology organization. In this role, you will provide project support and event coordination for senior management, working closely with the Executive Assistant Team to manage meetings and special projects.

Responsibilities

Coordinate small- to medium-sized meetings or events for senior leadership and/or their management teams, as well as provide logistical support as needed
Manage special projects for senior leadership and/or their management teams
Research meeting and event-related vendors and resources
Track projects, create electronic archives, and develop resource databases
Provide back-up support to the Executive Assistant Team

Required

1-3 years of event coordination or event management experience
1-3 years of project coordination experience
Proven experience initiating action when given ambiguous requirements

Experience as an Administrative Assistant
Experience with calendar management in a professional environment
