Responsibilities
Collaborate with the team to craft solutions to the many challenges facing our Data Scientist partners
Work closely with SAP data scientists to understand their projects and their needs
Follow and help define architectural / coding best practices and participate in software design and code reviews with the development team consisting of frontend-, backend-, full-stack, Dev-Ops and ML engineers
Support the product team with technical feasibility analysis, solution proposals, and ballpark effort estimations
Qualification
Required
Education: Bachelor, Master or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or other relevant discipline
Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor's, master's or JD/PhD program
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-cultural teams
Desire to learn and try new things
Some experience with JavaScript & TypeScript and React
Some experience with Python, Node.js, Java, SQL
Preferred
Experience in developing data-driven microservices, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, TDD
Familiar with one of the cloud providers
Experience in data science or data engineering
Familiarity with JSON, Git, docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP
