Responsibilities
Perform tedious, small-part assembly following strict work instructions and SOPs
Use microscopes, small hand tools, and measurement devices to complete delicate tasks
Maintain clean room standards and proper gowning
Conduct in-process checks and report any defects or material issues
Follow GMP/GDP requirements and maintain accurate documentation
Support basic line troubleshooting and collaborate with team members as needed
Work flexibly across multiple stations with consistent accuracy
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work with tiny components and microscopes for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and quality
Basic English and math skills
Must speak and read English
