Responsibilities

Facilitate an excellent customer service experience, while maintaining confidentiality & professionalism
Complete customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling
Refer customers to bankers, allowing for further discovery of products and services that might be valuable
Balance cash drawer, daily, with high degree of accuracy
Appropriately gain manager assistance (Ex: should suspicious transaction activity be spotted, or additional clearance is needed for transaction amount/type.)
Scanning work for image branch capture
Other duties as assigned

Required

Strong customer service skills
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Bank compliance, security, and operational policies
Learn to operate basic office equipment and systems at teller terminal
Accurately count money
Perform duties and make decisions under frequent time pressures
Stand for extended periods of time
Lift 50 pounds
High School diploma (or equivalent)
