Responsibilities

Lead SAP configuration and solution architecture for Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and related processes
Oversee complex order management, billing, warranty, financial postings, supplier collaboration, logistics, inventory, and warehouse operations
Direct cross-functional collaboration with business analysts, architects, developers, and business teams to gather requirements and implement scalable SAP solutions
Guide testing, validation, and deployment of SAP enhancements and new functionalities
Manage SAP interfaces with logistics providers, payment gateways, and tax engines
Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for SAP SD, FI-CO, MM, WM, and related modules
Integrate SAP with external systems such as supplier portals, EDI platforms, and automation tools
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements
Lead SAP upgrades, S/4HANA migrations, and digital transformation initiatives
Apply standard SAP functionality to meet business requirements, minimizing unnecessary customization
Mentor and develop junior SAP analysts, fostering a culture of clean core practices and continuous learning
Ensure compliance with IT standards, security protocols, and industry best practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
7+ years of hands-on SAP experience, including advanced configuration of SD, FI-CO, MM, WM, EWM, SRM, or Ariba
Demonstrated leadership in SAP clean core principles and modern extensibility approaches
Proven ability to deliver upgrade-safe, cloud-compliant solutions aligned with SAP best practices
Strong business process knowledge in Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing, Warehousing, and Master Data
Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA and solution extensions
Experience supporting integration with other SAP modules and external systems
Expertise in software testing, automation, and quality assurance
Familiarity with ABAP for debugging and analysis, with a focus on clean core-compatible enhancements
Commitment to organizational values and behaviors such as innovation, integrity, and inclusivity

Preferred

SAP certification in relevant modules
Experience with SAP Automotive Suite, or similar industry solutions
Familiarity with SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, and cloud-based SAP integrations
Experience working with manufacturers, suppliers, or service providers
