Responsibilities
Conduct routine analyses of center metrics to determine opportunities for improvement
Proactively resolve labor management issues in collaboration with Nursing Home Administrator and/or designee
Identify, document, and institutionalize Best Demonstrated Practices (BDPs) in coordination with Corporate Sr. Director - Labor Management
Assist in budgeting labor hours and rates for all centers in assigned territory
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent is required
Must have knowledge of and experience with nursing center staffing practices and procedures
Must possess an average to above average command of Excel/Word/PowerPoint software and applications analytical experience to include report writing summations
