Responsibilities
Lead architectural design and technical decision-making for core platforms
Contribute hands-on code across backend and frontend services
Partner with product and leadership to align technical solutions with business goals
Establish engineering best practices and scalable patterns
Mentor engineers and gradually take on greater technical leadership
Qualification
Required
7+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience in an enterprise environment
Strong production experience with Python/Django, TypeScript, and Golang
Experience designing scalable, cloud-based systems in Azure
Experience owning architectural design of platforms, applications, or core systems
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
Preferred
Healthcare or fintech domain experience
NetSuite integrations or ERP exposure
Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction
