Order Management Coordinator
Strategic Retail Partners is an international leader in in-store merchandising solutions, having grown from a regional sunglass distributor since 1969. They are seeking an Order Management Coordinator who will be responsible for accurately entering and processing customer orders, resolving issues during the order process, and coordinating with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities
Accurately enter and process customer orders
Resolve issues that may arise during the order process
Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to facilitate timely order fulfillment
Pull out of stock and tracking information
Update relevant databases
Provide updates to customers on the status of an order
Qualification
Required
Minimum of two years of experience in customer service or order management
Proficiency Microsoft Office and basic Excel skills required
Excellent organizational, time management and written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the order process, coordinating with warehouse and shipping teams to facilitate timely order fulfillment
Ability to work on computer for long periods
Preferred
Experience with Oracle preferred
Knowledge of order management principles and best practices preferred
