Responsibilities
Independently write high-performance SQL to extract insights from GCP/BigQuery datasets
Design, build, and maintain dashboards in Looker or similar tools that empower stakeholders with self-service data access
Partner with the Forecasting & Business Insights team on high-priority business cases and open-ended questions
Present findings clearly and concisely, turning complex statistical results into actionable narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
2–4 years of experience in a data-heavy role, preferably within a two-sided marketplace, e-commerce, or B2C tech company, working with financial, operational, or marketplace data
Strong experience with SQL, Google Sheets, and Git
Proven ability to build automated, executive-facing dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools
Ability to translate complex datasets into concise, actionable summaries for stakeholders making fast, high-stakes decisions
Preferred
Proficiency in Python or R for advanced data analysis
