Responsibilities

Assist in analyzing and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Take ownership of tasks that enhance project delivery and governance, ensuring quality and compliance
Help prepare presentations and communications that keep stakeholders, including senior leadership, informed and engaged
Support the development of reports and dashboards that enable finance strategy and leadership’s decision-making
Explore innovative ideas and bring fresh perspectives to help shape the future of finance
Participate in meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Finance and beyond to move initiatives forward
Assist in organizing fun events for the Finance Change team! Across these responsibilities, you will receive considerable exposure to various functions across Finance and external delivery partners

Required

Undergraduate Major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science or a similar field
Completed at least sophomore year of college by the internship start date (Rising Junior or Senior)
Strong academic track record of 3.0 cumulative GPA required
Demonstrated recent leadership, such as in a campus club, society, sports teams or other activity
Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint- required
Ability to identify, learn, understand, and implement new concepts, frameworks and emerging technologies
Problem solving and critical thinking skills in support of finance transformation opportunities
Ability to manage own personal and professional development; seek opportunities for professional growth and expansion of skills and experience
Team-oriented and able to work collaboratively with proficiency in verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

Relevant work experience or work experience in a professional environment preferred(e.g. internships, summer positions, school jobs)
PowerBI, Tableau or other data analytic tools- nice to have
