Client Services Intern - Tax
Apex Fintech Solutions is a leader in digital wealth management, providing innovative solutions for clients in the financial market. The Client Services Intern - Tax will support the Tax team in calculating and reporting tax obligations, while also improving business processes and communicating with clients.

Responsibilities
Analyze key workflows to surface friction points, differentiators, and opportunities
Communicating across teams internally (sales, operations, product, tech ops, etc.) to solve client problems
Maintaining up-to-date process documentation and procedures for all tasks
Communicating with clients and creating monthly status reports
Qualification
Required
High level of organization, detail-orientation
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work well in a dynamic, client-responsive, and fast-paced environment
Excellent analytical skills, business partnering, problem solving and prioritization skills
Ability to learn a process and suggest actionable improvement solutions
Ability to read and understand contracts
Fundamental AI knowledge or aptitude to leverage AI to help improve business processes
Ability to take detailed notes and generate step by step documentation to assist with AI prompting / training
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Economics, Tax, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management, Communications, MIS, Information Technology, or a related field
Rising Senior standing, Aug 2026 – Jun 2027 graduate
Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
General interest in Fintech
