Responsibilities
Manage front and/or back office functions, including patient relations, check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and phone support
Maintain, file, and retrieve medical records and patient information
Collect and accurately record co-pays (cash and/or charge) and balance daily transactions in the system
Qualification
Required
One year of experience in a medical office setting preferred
Experience with an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system highly preferred
eClinicalWorks (ECW) experience strongly preferred
Proficiency in typing and navigating computer systems
Energetic, dependable, and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain a courteous and professional demeanor while working under pressure
Preferred
Experience with prior authorizations, procedure scheduling, or radiology/medication coordination is a plus
