Responsibilities
Manage the monthly financial close process to ensure accurate and timely financial statements
Prepare consolidated financial results, including cash flow statements and earnings-related schedules
Review and approve balance sheet reconciliations and perform key internal control activities
Assist with preparation of external financial reporting and ad-hoc management reporting
Draft and review technical accounting memoranda
Maintain compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and control frameworks
Identify control gaps, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
Prepare audit schedules and support interim and year-end audit procedures
Coordinate with external auditors and manage the audit process
Review and assess ERP modules to identify opportunities for improved workflows and automation
Implement new ERP functionalities and drive enhancements to financial systems
Contribute to the development and refinement of accounting policies and procedures
Train, mentor, and develop accounting team members
Ensure consistent application of accounting policies throughout the organization
Support a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting issues and support business initiatives
Participate in special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
CPA certification required
Big 4 public accounting experience required
10+ years of relevant professional accounting experience
Strong analytical abilities with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
Must be customer-focused, solutions-oriented, and highly collaborative
