Accurately set up new client accounts and update existing records across multiple systems
Perform data entry and maintenance, with a focus on financial terms and adjustments
Partner with Sales and Reinsurance to validate account setup accuracy and contract data
Identify and resolve issues related to account discrepancies or incomplete data
Conduct routine reviews of client records to ensure accuracy and compliance
Collaborate with the Business Systems Administrator on system audits and troubleshooting
Support continuous process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency in account setup
Maintain documentation and workflows related to account operations
