Responsibilities

Work closely within Research and Development (R&D) Innovation Strategy and Integration (ISI) function to identify process opportunities & gather insights and requirements for initiatives
Partner with the Strategy and Transformation, Learning and Development, and Change and Engagement sub-functions to deliver special projects on behalf of R&D
Partner with the Director of Health Advocacy within the Strategy and Transformation sub-function to complete special projects related to women’s health advocacy
Support change management and culture initiatives within both ISI and across the R&D organization
Share knowledge and best practices within the ISI and overall R&D organization and with the other interns’ part of our Summer Intern program
Execution of assigned Health Advocacy projects and documentation of learnings and outcomes
Implementation of pilot solutions that demonstrate measurable improvements in ISI work outcomes
Enhance ISI department toolkit & mindset with learnings from the summer internship program
Develop candidates with expertise in R&D strategic operations, positioning them for future opportunities within Organon

Required

Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Public Health, Data Science, Business, or related field
Demonstrated interest in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
Self-starter with curiosity and willingness to learn
Interest in advancing women's health
