Responsibilities

Effectively participate in cross-functional project teams and the problem-solving process
May create, review, deliver, and update security documentation (policies and procedures) for accuracy, create scripts for automation
Provide input on processes, procedures, or new approaches
Perform key Recordkeeping functions, minutes, etc
Perform work independently within scope of established guidelines and according to specific procedures
Assist supervisors in handling and resolving issues involving all security and various IT areas
Maintain clear and effective communications with immediate colleagues and management
Adhere to internal procedures and best practices
Project Management (Work streams including Change and Implementation, Technology)
Solicits, develops, documents, and manages requirements throughout project life cycle up to and through change control
Assist with environment assessments
Assist with continuous monitoring activities

Required

Must be a U.S. citizen; SAP NS2 does not offer Visa sponsorships for this role
This is a hybrid schedule. Must be able to work a few days a week onsite at our Herndon, VA office
Must be obtaining or have recently graduated with a college credited degree

Preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, creative, willing to work as a member of a team, organized
Understanding of cybersecurity
Degrees in Cybersecurity, Computer Science or International Relations are desirable
