Responsibilities

Accountable for the experience, retention and growth of a dedicated client portfolio
Serve as a primary client contact across assigned MOSA accounts
Support strong client relationships that drive satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth
Understand client goals and translate needs into clear scopes of work and delivery plans
Partner closely with clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality service and delivery
Partner with VP of Client Experience to support account retention and expansion goals
Identify opportunities to expand relationships and services within existing accounts
Contribute to pipeline development in partnership with marketing, client experience, and leadership
Serve as a primary client interface between Microsoft and Lions & Tigers for MOSA-related delivery, requests, and escalations
Coordinate delivery across marketing, communications, operations, customer insights, marketing technology, and analytics
Lead and support required governance rhythms, including business reviews, status reporting, and planning cycles
Ensure work is scoped, tracked, and delivered in alignment with MOSA agreement requirements, including reporting, utilization, and deliverable standards
Monitor program health, risks, dependencies, and scope changes, and manage escalation paths as needed
Maintain clear, centralized visibility into MOSA activity, performance metrics, and compliance expectations
Support the development of a tool used for MOSA activity reporting

Required

5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or management consulting, with a focus on enterprise and/or mid-market services
Proven success in managing a services business pipeline from lead to close, along with a successful history in establishing and expanding client relationships
Experience and acumen engaging with senior-level business executives and complex, distributed, multiple-stakeholder teams
Demonstrated ability to cultivate long-term, strategic relationships within complex client environments—balancing near-term needs with long-term growth opportunities and consistently delivering a high-touch client experience
Strong strategic thinking and business development skills
Excellent communication skills and strong client-facing presence
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to various technology platforms
Global and cultural awareness; proven competency for working in diverse and inclusive teams
Ability to meet with clients in-person on as needed
Ability to work effectively remotely (and across time zones, when necessary)

Preferred

Previous experience working within a consulting agency, professional services firm, or similar project-based environment preferred
