Responsibilities
Owning the IT function end to end in a small-team environment
Partnering with leadership to align IT strategy with business needs
Setting up and supporting hardware, software, and user access
Leading or supporting ERP configuration, integration, and optimization
Managing vendors and MSP relationships
Overseeing infrastructure, security, and cloud environments
Supporting BI reporting, dashboards, and data integrity
Qualification
Required
5+ years of progressive IT experience
Experience as a solo IT Manager or IT Generalist on a small team
Comfortable being very hands-on while also thinking strategically
Strong SQL and database experience
ERP or complex business system implementation experience
Solid cloud experience (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS)
Strong communication skills and a practical, problem-solving mindset
