Responsibilities
Assist with designated manufacturing operations in accordance with safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Maintain an organized, efficient workflow with strong attention to detail
Perform timely and accurate system transactions related to production activities
Handle chemicals and solvents safely and in compliance with procedures
Learn from experienced team members and mentors to improve technical skills and job performance
Maintain detailed, accurate production records in compliance with GMP requirements
Identify and communicate process or product quality issues to supervisors
Adhere to all safety, security, and training requirements to ensure a safe work environment
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Ability to work 100% on-site in Exton, PA
Willingness to work either 1st or 2nd shift
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
Comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing environment
Preferred
0–5 years of experience in medical device manufacturing or a related industry
Two-year technical degree (preferred, not required)
Prior experience working under GMP or similar quality systems
