Responsibilities
You will be responsible for Operations and Strategy for AGS’s Namer Field Tech Sales Operations organization across its ~$50Bn Global Sales (AGS) business
You will partner directly with AWS's Head of Global Field tech Ops and strategy leader and the Tech leadership team to shape and create transformational growth strategies
Your scope will include developing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions, designing and implementing new sales motions and growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc
Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
Preferred
Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
Experience presenting to senior leadership
