Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electromechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance and longevity
Conduct detailed inspections and diagnostics to identify potential issues before they lead to equipment failure
Utilize automated CMMS to document maintenance items as well as schedule future items
Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electromechanical malfunctions
Repair or replace defective components, including motors, sensors, actuators, and control systems
Utilize GUI/HMI components to assist in troubleshooting and correction of system issues
Lead the installation and commissioning of new equipment and machinery, following technical specifications and engineering drawings
Calibrate and test equipment to ensure proper operation and performance
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, maintaining a safe working environment
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all maintenance activities
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including detailed reports on inspections, repairs, and parts usage
Provide feedback and recommendations to improve equipment reliability and performance
Work with CMMS to produce reports that assist in the maintenance production and operational schedules and execution
Assist in training and mentoring Level 1 technicians and new team members
Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and other team members

Required

3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience
Experience leading or supervising others in a maintenance capacity
Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Advanced proficiency with hand and power tools
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance or technical role
Proven experience with mechanical and electromechanical systems
Strong skills in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings

Preferred

Certification or associate degree in mechanical or electromechanical technology
