Responsibilities
Play a key role in digitizing HR and streamlining HR processes and documentation
Maintain and organize HR databases, employee files, and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
Assist with compliance-related tasks and audits to ensure records are complete and up to date
Support recruiting efforts, including internship program coordination and communication with local schools
Contribute to market research projects that support HR initiatives and workforce planning
Develop strong administrative and organizational skills in a real-world HR environment
Learn how confidentiality and data integrity play a critical role in human resources
Strengthen your communication and multitasking abilities while supporting multiple priorities
Gain exposure to HR systems, processes, and best practices that will support a future career in HR or business operations
Qualification
Required
Strong commitment to confidentiality and handling employee-sensitive information
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft and Google platforms
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
Able and willing to work the required schedule for the duration of the internship
Must have a valid driver's license with no major infractions in the past 12 months
