Responsibilities
Support the collection of Impact Framework data across the IDB Group by gathering information from relevant sources, ensuring consistency with established indicator definitions, and addressing basic data gaps or inconsistencies
Maintain complete and organized records of Impact Framework data and ensure files and databases are up to date for reporting purposes
Help coordinate reporting on the Impact Framework through the public website and internal dashboards by preparing inputs, updating content, performing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) activities, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting
Support analyses of performance trends by compiling data and preparing simple summaries to inform decision-making and planning processes
Assist in preparing inputs for corporate reports, including the annual Impact Report, quarterly operational updates, and other presentations that incorporate Impact Framework progress
Support communications and training efforts related to the Impact Framework by preparing materials, organizing training sessions, and helping draft internal communications
Assist in the Impact Framework mid-term review by compiling data, preparing preliminary summaries, and supporting coordination of inputs from different teams to ensure timely delivery of review materials
Conduct basic research and benchmarking on practices from comparator organizations and summarize findings for internal use
Support accurate English/Spanish translations of Impact Framework and Impact Report materials by reviewing drafts and coordinating with translators
Provide general support for other corporate reporting needs related to the Impact Framework and reporting on the SDGs, responding to ad hoc requests, and collaborating with other MDBs as needed
Qualification
Required
A master's degree in international development, public policy, public administration, international relations, or other related fields
At least five years of relevant professional and academic experience in program evaluation, data analysis, international development, public policy, public administration, international relations, or other related fields
Proficiency in Spanish and English, spoken and written, is required
You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries
You have no family members (up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab
Preferred
Additional knowledge of French and Portuguese is preferable
