Responsibilities
Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing across Azure based data workflows
Validate ETL/ELT pipelines and transformations built using Azure Databricks, ADF, and Spark SQL
Conduct SQL based data validation for ingestion, transformation, and reporting layers
Execute API and backend testing for Azure Functions, APIM, and Data Factory activities
Log defects, maintain traceability, and support CI/CD integrated testing in Azure DevOps
Qualification
Required
4–5 years of QA experience in Azure data platforms
Hands on testing experience with Azure Databricks, ADF, Spark SQL, and SQL validation queries
Experience with automated and manual test execution for APIs and data workflows
Familiarity with JIRA, Azure DevOps pipelines, and defect management tools
