Senior IT Manager
Crete Carrier Corporation is seeking a Senior IT Manager to provide strategic and hands-on leadership for IT personnel and oversee project delivery across various domains. The role involves managing personnel, leading IT projects, and driving modernization efforts to enhance operational efficiency and business value.

Responsibilities
Directly carries out supervisory responsibilities to effectively manage personnel in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
Foster a departmental culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects using Agile, Scrum or hybrid methodologies
Manage task assignments, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder communications through Jira and Confluence
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPI's) including delivery timelines, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction
Drive modernization efforts, including cloud adoption and legacy system upgrades while also recommending and implementing emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and business value
Establishes and maintains positive working relationships
Maintains regular and predictable attendance
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
