They are seeking a Corporate Responsibility & Human Resources Intern to support zero-waste initiatives, employee culture efforts, and recruiting activities while gaining hands-on experience in corporate sustainability.

Responsibilities
Support zero-waste initiatives including developing our zero-waste playbook and reviewing waste data to identify operational improvement opportunities
Support the Green Team and employee culture efforts through the creation of onboarding materials, planning sustainability or social impact–focused events, and pulse surveys
Help coordinate employee culture and community-focused initiatives such as Habitat for Humanity and B Local CT events
Support B Corp–related work, including reviewing updated standards, identifying improvement opportunities, and mapping how departments contribute to impact goals
Conduct benchmarking research on peer companies and competitors related to sustainability reporting and corporate storytelling
Support recruiting and onboarding efforts by reviewing job postings, benchmarking careers pages, and coordinating interviews
Qualification
Required
Rising Junior or Rising Senior currently enrolled in college
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
Passion for sustainability, employee engagement, and organizational culture
Curious, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
