Agile Technical Product Owner Senior Advisor - SAP OTC Contracts & Chargebacks (Vistex)
CuraScript SD, a wholesale pharmaceutical distributor and a subsidiary of Evernorth, is seeking a highly motivated Agile Technical Product Owner Advisor to join its technology team. This strategic role will support the SAP S4/HANA Cloud ERP implementation with a focus on Order To Cash contracts and chargebacks leveraging Vistex, leading product ownership efforts and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities
Serve as Technical Product Owner for SAP Order To Cash (OTC) Vistex contracts and chargebacks, managing product backlog and prioritization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, and SAP functional experts to define and deliver product increments
Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for SAP S4/HANA Cloud ERP enhancements
Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product demos
Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for Vistex contract and chargeback capabilities
Configure and test end-to-end Vistex scenarios including vendor/customer rebates, chargebacks, pricing catalogs, and pharma billing
Coordinate testing and validation of system changes including WRICEF developments and configuration updates
Monitor and resolve system issues, ensuring timely delivery of solutions and enhancements
Maintain up-to-date functional knowledge of SAP Vistex and associated OTC processes
Ensure system changes are properly tested and documented using best-practice engineering principles
Qualification
Required
7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Vistex including paybacks, chargebacks, billing, pricing catalogs, and pharma billing
3+ years of experience with Vistex V4
2+ years of configuration experience in S/4 HANA Cloud
7+ years of configuration experience in SAP ECC
7+ years of experience in documenting and managing business, functional, and nonfunctional requirements
Experience with Vistex reporting via VIZI and EDI/IDOC processing
Strong integration knowledge across SD, MM, FI, SC, LO, and FICO modules
Experience with master data and external system integrations
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
Familiarity with CPI, SAP Activate methodology, and Solution Manager
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
Preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in Agile environments
Experience in pharmaceutical distribution and supply chain management
Prior involvement in SAP implementation or upgrade projects
