Responsibilities
Fabricate, assemble, and route complex wiring harnesses based on engineering drawings, schematics, and documentation
Crimp, terminate, and secure connectors (e.g., 38999, Deutsch, Bulgin, M12)
Assemble electrical and mechanical subsystems according to work instructions and schematics
Conduct functional and continuity testing on harnesses, circuits, and subassemblies using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other test equipment
Perform in-process quality checks on assemblies throughout the build lifecycle
Maintain an organized and operational production space; calibrate and maintain equipment as needed
Qualification
Required
1+ years of hands-on experience with electro-mechanical assembly (internships, school projects, military experience, or personal projects count!)
Familiarity with electrical subsystems and basic inspection practices
Experience using multimeters, oscilloscopes, or power supplies for simple electronic testing
Ability to carefully follow written and verbal instructions
Clear communication skills and willingness to ask questions, learn, and collaborate
