Responsibilities

You will identify opportunities and drive initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our privacy operations, implementing improvements that streamline workflows
You'll orchestrate and track key privacy program objectives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and driving progress toward successful outcomes
You'll utilize data analytics to monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing valuable insights into the health and impact of our privacy programs
You'll adapt and contribute to diverse privacy operational needs as required, lending your expertise to various projects and initiatives that strengthen our overall privacy posture

Required

Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
5 years of experience in an applicable field

A strong understanding of fundamental privacy principles and practices

Preferred

Direct experience in privacy operations within a large, global organization
Familiarity with privacy management software or tools
Professional privacy certifications, such as CIPP (Certified Information Privacy Professional) or CIPM (Certified Information Privacy Manager)
Experience in a role requiring significant versatility and adaptability to changing priorities
A proactive and analytical approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
