Responsibilities
Investigate and analyze system requirements by collaborating with stakeholders across departments including operations, finance, supply chain, sales, and marketing
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business users and technical teams to elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements
Create and maintain comprehensive requirements documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders at various levels
Develop current-state and future-state process maps using standard methodologies (BPMN, flowcharts, swim lane diagrams)
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization
Document as-is and to-be business processes with detailed process flows
Perform data mapping exercises to understand data flow between systems and applications
Create logical data models to support system integrations and data requirements
Collaborate with data teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems
Support IT projects from initiation through implementation and user acceptance testing
Participate in system testing, UAT coordination, and validation activities
Assist with change management activities and user education
Track project deliverables and ensure timely completion of analysis tasks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an IT or technology-focused environment
Proven experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions and workshops
Strong proficiency in creating process maps and workflow diagrams using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar
Solid understanding of data mapping concepts and logical data modeling techniques
Experience with requirements management and documentation
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred
Experience in the consumer package industry is a plus
