Responsibilities

Answering inbound phone calls in a professional and helpful manner
Making outbound phone calls in response to any inquiries, questions, or other follow up
Confirms account number, part number & descriptions
Communication to customer on availability, open orders, and ship dates
Confirms pricing & availability
Answer customer service inquiries, phones or emails as assigned and meets statistical expectations as set by supervisor (refer to grid)
Supports administrative duties on sending and receiving supplier purchase orders
Ability to multi-task issuing credits and rebills according to policy and procedure

Qualification

Manufacturing customer serviceCRM system experienceERP system experienceMulti-taskingCommunication skills

Required

1+ year of manufacturing customer service experience
Experience with a CRM or ERP system
