Responsibilities
Maintain essential IT operations, including Mac operating systems, web applications, Outlook and Gmail email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and office equipment hardware
Manage and handle business-critical IT tasks and system improvements using our IT Help Desk
Oversees the daily/weekly updating of website content for publication on the company’s site
Project manage and oversee the 2025 website redevelopment in coordination with the third-party developer
Serve as the subject-matter expert supporting Mac OS X, Windows, Canon Printers and widely used software and applications, such as Microsoft, Adobe, and Google Workspace
Graphic design creator for various company marketing and aircraft operations specifications material using Adobe, Canva or other graphic design platforms
Collaborates with different department teams to gather and refine content for online publication
New computer setup for all departments
Data tag and track computers and iPads as they are issued
Manage and ensure all Fly Alliance affiliated phone numbers work properly in coordination with Verizon and other telecommunication providers
Daily oversight of office headquarters digital monitors to ensure proper content is displayed, and to ensure all conference room equipment is working properly
Routine visits to all outlying locations to ensure all items are functioning well
Enable faster and smarter business processes and employee productivity
Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software
Qualification
Required
Graphic Design
Google Search/SEO, Pay-per-click
Content management systems (CMS); Wordpress preferred
Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Knowledge of HTML and CSS
Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Three (3) years proven experience in a similar position
Two years of experience in IT
Deep knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring tools
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science
