Project Engineer Development Weapon Systems - Level 4

Responsibilities
Performing EV analysis at the contract level and understand impacts to overall engineering
Understanding and communicating how the technical scope of the contract aligns with the overall program objectives and strategy
Effectively communicating technical issues to various levels of management while coordinating resolution in parallel through development of closure plans
Identifying cross-contract gaps and providing recommendation of resolution
Identifying risks and opportunities and drive the closure plans through technical leadership
CAM (Control Account Management) of team's scope
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years professional experience in a related discipline
BS in Engineering or alternate STEM major with technical experience
Project Engineering / Project Management / Technical experience
EVMS (Earned Value Management System) and/ or CAM (Control Account Management) experience
Interim Secret or higher security clearance
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access
Preferred
Experience in Mission Systems development lifecycles
Experience in weapon systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
