Responsibilities
Provide technical support to end users with systems, hardware and software issues/solutions
Provide networking connectivity and support to include user identity and access management
Provide support task relating to patches, backups, and log irregularities
Qualification
Required
Must have a High School Diploma or GED with 20+ years of relevant experience IT/Dev experience in a Software Mission Assurance environment
Must have recent Software Mission Assurance tasking experience on Redstone Arsenal
CompTIA Security+
U.S. Citizenship and an Active Secret security clearance
